Dining in the Den of Wax with Chef Richie Gil
Please join us for the first Dining in the Den experience! As part of Hungry on the Hudson, Den of Wax has partnered with our friends at Richie's Kitchen to bring a one-time only, world-class tasting menu of progressive Latin Fusion delicacies from Chef Richie Gil.
Each ticket includes the multi-course tasting menu and one curated vinyl record of your choice.
More than a dozen courses will be rolled out throughout the evening, each paired with a carefully curated album from the store's racks. Albums have been selected based on subject matter, sound, ambiance, or any number of reasons. When you hear the album you want in your collection, just ring the dinner bell and it is yours. Albums are selected without price considerations, so you might walk away with something incredibly rare - but all of the music is exceptional and most likely something you have never heard.
- Guacamole topped with baked pork belly
- Jammy eggs with smoked salmon
- Maduro cups filled with lightly spiced chicken, served with avocado-cilantro salsa
- Brisket on polenta cakes
- Pernil (roasted pork shoulder) with pigeon pea rice
- Jerk ribs with roasted potatoes
- BBQ pulled pork on a sweet potato round
- Dessert: Tres Leches
Beverages include:
- Richie's famous sangria
- Pours of Tears of Llorona No. 3 Extra Anejo Tequila ($250 bottle)
- Reserve rye and other liquor paired with dishes
- Morir Soñando

Seating is extremely limited to just 22 seats. $165 per ticket, $300 for a pair.
